At present, GDC has an opening for Business Analyst in Harrisburg, PA. The primary purpose of this Business Analyst is to; work with users in understanding functional requirements and support release implementations. This opportunity will require travel near the Philadelphia area. 
Responsibilities:
Interact with business users and developers to communicate business requirements between two groups
Gather requirements
Finalize requirements and develop use cases and test cases for an ongoing software development project
 
Requirements:
 BA experience
Must possess strong communication skills
Experience documenting and validating user requirements
Have the ability to develop and maintain process flows
Experience conducting requirements sessions
Communicate user requirements to both technical and non-technical team members
Prepare screen mocks
Document Use Cases
Experience with system testing
Experience with System Implementation
Experience using Visio, MS Office
Nice to have:
Experience preparing training materials
Experience conducting training
Experience conducting UAT
