I have a beautiful Gibson made Cromwell guitar from the 1930's with beautiful sound and action. It is an archtop F hole. It sounds great and has great action. The pickguard has been replaced. The neck has never been removed. It does not have a truss rod. It has a straight neck. On the back of the neck you can see buckle wear rubs along the neck and the guitar has surface scratches when the light hits in various spots. There is rubbing on the very top and side of the top edge above the word "Cromwell". There is shrinkage in the binding on one side. The tuners are original. The knob at tailpiece may have been replaced or may be original, I am not sure. It has been restrung. The tailpiece is original. Service has been done consisting of the brace along back having been reglued, there is a little glue showing in where this has been glued. The fret board has been heated, and it was reset for string height.
Please ask for more pictures or to see the guitar. Price is not firm but only reasonable offers accepted. Please call John at
