Each week we mail thousands of letters to people who just bought or refinanced a home. Our letter states that our client may qualify for a non-medical mortgage protection product.
We will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments in case of a disability or critical illness like cancer, heart attack or stroke.
And at the end of the term, if our clients are still alive, we give them all their money back. Simply put, free insurance, savings plan.
Our clients that are interested in our product will personally fill out our questionnaire, filling in their name, birth date, height & weight, sex, smoker or non-smoker status, and a few phone numbers to reach them by.
They will then fold up that application and mail it back to us.
We need a field underwriter who will take these applications and call our clients, set an appointment, and go sit down with them at their home for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits our client's budget.
Typically, commission is about $500.00 per family you protect. Yes, it is full commission but our average full time underwriter will sell 4 to 8 mortgage protection plans a week.
